She graduated from the foremost College of Medicine, University of Lagos (2005) as a physiotherapist with Bachelor of Physiotherapy, had her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology (2009) and later proceeded to the United Kingdom to earn certifications in Sports Therapy, Health and Social Care and Post Graduate Certificate in International Healthcare Management in university of Essexx, Colchester England.

She started her career in Nigeria with the Military Hospital, Yaba, as an intern physiotherapist; observed the mandatory NYSC program at the National Orthopedic Hospital, Igbobi Lagos. Thereafter, she was well exposed to private practice at A-Z Physiotherapy Clinic, Lagos Nigeria, where she gained experience in private practice.

While in the UK, she worked at the Friends of the Elderly Residential and Nursing care home, Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust, Oxleas NHS Trust , North East Foundation NHS Trust. , East London Foundation NHS Trust and West Sussex community NHS Trust as Specialized Physiotherapist and Advanced clinical practitioner.
Temi Oludayo is a registered member of many professional bodies such as Health and Care Profession Council (HCPC-UK), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) in the UK, Association of Healthcare Trainers in UK, . National Association of Care and Support Workers in the UK. Nigeria Medical Therapist Board (MRTB) and Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy (NSP) to mention but a few.

Out of her zeal for entrepreneurship, she started Toptee Physiotherapy Clinic in 2010 and nurtured the business to become a “Brand” and a topflight firm in the healthcare industry. Through her un-relenting quest for further growth and business expansion, the Clinic has now metamorphosed into Toptee Medical Center, in 2020, a hospital facility of international standard with another arm of Toptee Healthcare Plus, in 2024., All duely registered with appropriate Boards. Medical Rehabilitation Therapist Board, with HEFAMMA and Toptee Healthcare services registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) in United Kingdom (UK) whose core focus is caring for the elderly that requires assistant with activities of daily living and those that are physically challenged.

With her high level of passion for healthcare and wealth of knowledge, she also established Care Certificate Training Academy with the goal of training healthcare assistant workers in an intensive care certificate program where they are tutored how to give personal cares with dignity, respecting patience privacy and promoting independency, giving care to all ages and improving life expectancy.
